So I started with blurple in 2013 I used it until it gave up and retrofitted it with 4 Citizen clu048-1212 COB's. I kept the fans, and the driver so the whole thing cost under $50. Something to consider. It made for a nice light setup and I can add more COB's to it as I want.

Just tap up Lisa Turtle for some dollars , she's got loads of money.
They make a solderless mount and a little thermal paste so you didn't need to be some electrical genius.
