Carnitas is always solid. I really like carnitas quesadillas with salsa Verde. Or any thing Carnitas with salsa Verde. That seems to work for me. Carne asada with some salsa Roja or like a taqueria salsa, hot please, 3 of each please and a deep fried avocado taco for the win!!!
