Doesn't matter . Mexican food rocks, and a great excuse to drink beer and tequila

its the celebration for mexican independence, the spanish and french went to war, france occupied mexico, and mexico built an army and kicked the french out, its like the 4th of july for mexico. and im in new mexico so its kinda big here, everyone throws parties or matanzas and drink tequila and margaritas and just get shit faced. some people do adult pinatas where you fill them with mini liquor bottles and other random crap. bars run crazy specials, and the new mexican joints usually have an all day buffet with fajita grills and made to order stuff, margaritas galore, any kind your heart desires, fireworks and shit its nuts.

Oh my God, people! I am soooo drunk. We had a barbeque with roast mutton, jañates, grilled tacos (yum), enchiladas, spanish rice, carne adobada, refritos, tons of homemade tortillas and fry bread, Sangria and Tequila.

Best fucking Cinco EVER.
