First it's only been three business days since your order with Presidents day so be patient. Second I implore you to remove the picture earlier in this thread. With the place being bargain they may not ship as fast as other places. I have dealt with really fast banks with good customer service and have waited weeks for orders from glo as the guy earlier mentioned. Wait a couple weeks if nothing comes you could charge back the card with your bank, if you paid with a card. If others are saying they got what they ordered that's usually a good sign.
