manure or quano or w/e isn't really what you'll be feeding your plants, that's just what is in the soil. Find a good soil mix, fox farms makes some good organic soils for plants. Then find an organic nutrient line and follow their feeding schedule. There's a bit more to it, like starting your doses of feed small to keep from burning your babies, etc, but that's the gist of it. Let me see if google wont come up with some good organic nute results.

Organic Nutrients

There's a lits of organic nutrient lines. The fox farm Grow big and Big Bloom are great for your veg stage, but their tiger bloom isn't organic so you would need to find something different for bloom if you want complete organic. Honestly, I would suggest just sticking with the Fox Farms line in general, it fueled my whole first grow without any real problems, it's really easy to get used to, and it produces. Might not be totally organic but there's a few ideas for you.

Earth Juice is a full line of all organic nutes, very easy to use there is 5 parts to the full line but you only technically need two (grow and bloom) if you can't afford or don't want to use the rest. If you want more info I suggest that you go to the organics section of this site. Unfortunately there are not many people on the organics section here usually, so it's hard to get questions answered quickly there.
