I have a filter system in my house. Will using filtered water that goes thru my filter affect my plants? It is probably what one would consider hard water.

Well depending on whats in the water to start with..you could be.Filtering out calcium...to just buy and add more kind of thing.Depending on what the actual EC or ppm of the water,it could just mean you will need more nutrients.

Try getting a reverse osmosis system if you have hard water

Thats not bad. Its bad when its 600 to 900 ppm. And when ever i had that problem i hooked up a r/o and problem solved
