I was just on CCM forums, and it seems that NONE of the dispensaries are accepting new patients. And right now Caregivers aren't allowed to be compensated for donating their excess to them. Soooo ignorant!
Wow..that's working out great eh? wtf is the problem anyway? Do they have complete idiots running these things?I was just on CCM forums, and it seems that NONE of the dispensaries are accepting new patients. Twenty years ago that was the conventional wisdom about medical cannabis laws, period.no matter, this isn't going to be the wild west where anyone can grow and sell to dispensaries.....it's not gonna happen....
I'm not as confident of that as you seem to be.the feds will leave states alone that license and regulate dispensaries....
Seems to be a beautiful system they have here LOL...oh I love sarcasm! Idiots? I was thinking more along the line of morons lol You'd think that those 8 who were accepted for dispensaries would have taken into consideration all the "possible" patients and should have had enough medicine to cover everyone. I read one is only allowing 1/2 oz at a time? Now THAT's stupid!Wow..that's working out great eh? wtf is the problem anyway? Do they have complete idiots running these things?

Our state outlined how much dispensaries can issue to each patient. I think it's a 1/2 oz per patient per 15 days. So IF we did have dispensaries/compassion centeres here, and I gave both of my caregiver licenses to one each - I'd only be able to obtain 2 oz a month, having to make two trips to each every two weeks. Even then, that still wouldn't cover my usage depending on my symptoms that month.Seems to be a beautiful system they have here LOL...oh I love sarcasm! Idiots? I agree totally. At some point perhaps there will be recognition that dispensaries are not addressing the need adequately, and then relax the restrictions on caregivers somewhat so people can get their medicine. Seems like caregivers are doing a good job generally, although I have no data to back that up. Just anecdotes on here etc. And me. I'm doing a good job.
A cynical person might call this setting the program up to fail. Here your allowed less than 5oz of medicine (in your house) even if the caregiver has their full 5 patients and themselves as a patient.
