An attorney general who is not a real attorney would not work. Like you can't be chief medical doctor if you are not a doctor.
Could a newbie attorney run for AG, likely but their chances of winning the election seem pretty slim.
I got no idea if this Totten dude would be any friendlier to MM but he could not be any less friendly then we have now. If our current AG had it his way, all the dispensary's would have been shutdown by now. That's what he first thought was going to happen last year when the state SC ruling came down but then he found out not all the courts agreed with him. Livonia hell yeah, it be a cold day in hell before you ever see a dispensary open--and stay open--in the city of Livonia but go outside of that city and into Detroit they got them and our AG doesn't seem like he has the power to shut them down cause those local courts are OK with them. Same with all other cities that have dispensary's, they all have cool court judges--least way cooler then Livonia does.
But if our current AG gets the boot, who knows what would happen, could only get better, not worst, IMO
