Harvest? Disease too?

Here are the pictures of my 3 girls. Too new at this to know if it’s ready to harvest. I planned on this Friday but I think it looks ok now. Also two flowers are dead. Bud rot? Any idea what it is? I can take more trichromes pictures if needed. I also appreciate all the feedback. You guys helped me more than you can imagine. Hopefully I cure them right.

Yes that's bud rot. Cut it off and discard it immediately.

Yup. You have moths attacking your plants. Check for eggs a couple times a day. IMHO, too late to spray with BT at this point.

It might just be bud rot(minus moths) if you're in a high humidity area. Nothing to do, short of cutting it out like xtsho suggested.

Can you tell if they are ready to be chopped and dried? I was thinking about doing it tomorrow
