I have no room for Negativity or Just plain closed minded people. I guarantee you still have a landline telephone and a flip phone !!! 50 yrs ago did you have Feminized seeds or Autoflowers. 1st grow and it’s not hard. It’s time consuming. Your plants tell you what it needs or don’t Your allowed to have your own opinion bud. Opinions are like assholes everyone has one. The Stichting Institute of medical Marijuana (SIMM), the first company to sell marijuana through the pharmicies of Holland, has been investigating the medical possibilities of cannabis, together with TNO laboritories and the University of Leiden.
One of their discoveries has been that to keep the ripe plants in the dark before harvesting could increase their potency.
SIMM's growers seperated a crop of mature plants, harvested half of them and kept the other half in absolute darkness for 72 hours before cutting and drying.
Analysis of the resulting dried buds showed that some varieties had seen increases of THC of up to 30 %, while the CBD and CBN remained the same.

By leaving in the dark for 72 hours they got an increase of up to 30% THC? Does that not smell like bullshit? As for any positive results, I can't say one way or another, just that a 30% increase seems like bs otherwise everybody would be doing this no questions asked. Maybe I misunderstood.
https://www.growweedeasy.com/drying-curing. I'm done about unrelated topics. 72h darkness is good for nut depletion and energy stored to also be depleted. Nothing wrong with this technic.. Just no crazy yield boost or thc boost has many claims in my own experience.I understand the difference. I have 40 years of experience. I like my weed slow dried, jarred, and smoked. I know all about the cure. I prefer my weed fresh. Which is good because I don't have time to be fiddling around with burping and humidity packs. I have plenty of patience which is why I never harvest my weed early and once dried it smells and tastes great and is ready to smoke. If you have 20 years experience then you should know that a slow dry takes longer than 3 - 10 days. If you're drying your weed in three days then you're drying it too fast. And yes I know the difference between drying and curing.
Anything else you think you should be teaching me? Maybe how flushing a bunch of water through the medium flushes the nutes out of the buds or how feeding sugar at the end sweetens the buds? Or maybe I should boil the roots after harvest to push all the resin into the buds.
And I will always look at it as broscience hahaha if you feed your plants correctly there shouldn't be any need for "nutes depletion" and if you're harvesting when they should be harvested there isn't a whole lot of "stored energy" left.https://www.growweedeasy.com/drying-curing.
