Harvest whole plant at once or wait for lower buds to finish?

I am currently growing two autoflowers which are dinafem original amnesia and dinafem fruit.
Today marks day 60 for popping out of the soil for both of them.
The main colas on both of them look about done judging by the pistils. (Don't have a microscope yet )
The lower buds on the plants still have almost all white pistils though, should I wait for these to finish them chop the whole plants at once?
Or should I cut off the main colas on both which is about half the size of the plants and let the bottom half finish?

One more question, once I harvest am I okay to trim off all the fan leaves and leave the sugar leaves on for about 3 days?
I've heard its better to not trim right after harvest because it causes an uneven dry.

Let it go for another week. It will allow the main cola to plump up a lot more and the smaller nugs will have more chance to finish.

Cut ripened buds off and let the rest finish.

Can you tell if the trichomes are amber without a microscope?
Also, I think I'll let the top colas and ripe buds go atleast until all the pistils are red/brown.
After that they will also get a 2 day dark period.
Anyone else want to voice their advice/opinion?

Nice grow. I would give them a little longer, wait until the pistils start dying back. Cut the whole plant at once as to not waste space in your grow, this is non-negotiable. There is never an indoor experience where you will leave a portion of the plant without being extremely wasteful of electricity and space. Also I trim the branches completely when they are first cut because I have found it much more difficult to get at the sugar leaves once they are curled all into the bud.

I think if I waited until all the lower buds the main colas thc would be degrading :/
Ill give them another week and see how they're doing..
Also I'm not too worried about electricity and space considering it's more worth it to me to harvest at the perfect time
I think I will trim off all the fan leaves right after chopping and then trim off all the sugar leaves 3 days into drying.

You can get away with taking the tops. IF you do dont take the whole stem. Take em off where the bud meets the stem. Seperating the cola into seperate buds. If you just take the whole cola at the stem alone the plant will shock and the lower buds wont grow. If you just take em where the grow from the stem the bottom nugs will continue to pop.

Its hard to judge time. I'm in those stages too, and I have no idea what the actual day of flowering was. Its an outdoor that was brought indoors due to cold weather. I have a microscope which helps a bit. But you definitely dont want any white hairs like that. Check out this thread.
