Hello just wanted to know if I should harvest now or just wait until the crystals turn plastic looking?

Looks like you trimmed them and cut fans .... so you are where you are , whether they are ready or not.

If you left it as is , I would have said at least 2 weeks to finalize weight and pistil maturity finished.
Now not so much.
