Harvested my first plant, fuck me bud rot and bud worms ?

So i harvested my first plant, its taking me forever to trim. since i dont have the space to do the hang buds on string method im leaving them in a carboard box in a dark cool place to dry. However when i checked on it later there were little green and white caterpillars around the buds. There were only 3 but i was still worried. Also i have bud rot fml

So any ideas on how to get rid of the bud worms ? Do they damage your buds while your drying them ?

BT aka bacillus thruingiensis, is used for worm/pest infestations. The bud rot is probably due to mold such as botrytis usually stemming from high humidity.

But do the worms damage the buds while im drying them ?
