Fiskars suck. Step up your game with some Senkichis. I can cut through stalks with these bad boys.
I use chikamasa scissors

I like the picture of you and your boy. The pictures make it look fun, which I assume it was not. Those gloves don’t look very sticky, but sometimes that’s deceiving. I’m no grammar nazi, but “I and my crew” made me chuckle. You were close.

Every pair of Fiskars I owned developed bent blades that I could slip a dollar bill through. Then eventually the handles snapped.

I've been really happy with my two pairs of Fiskars. I've had them for at least a decade and they still work great. But mine are from before they started making them in China. Guess I got some of the last of the good ones.

that trimmer work any better than the tumbler ones? i've got a buddy withe a centurion i think its called, just a hopper and a tumbler, comes out the other end, he used it 2 or 3 harvest but the trim job is just horrible, end up having to do almost as much trimming after it's been ran and the crows feet are a bitch. I'm really considering one like you have in the picture, i just haven't talked to anyone with actual experience with them vs the other type. my outdoor is getting ready to go outside the next week or 2 and i'd prefer not to have 5-6k going out to trimmers like i did last year, so kinda need to get on it :weed:
