If you only have that hermi as your only plant I say keep it right until before the pollen sacs open. Try and get as much bud as you can off of it for your smoking, dry the rest up, stock and all and make canna butter with it. If you have other female plants then I would suggest not to take a chance with the pollen and harvesting no more than 7 days after flowering, or 7 days after sex appears.
