they caught us painting on a wall behind a huge factory. They were accusing us of breaking into the building. I kept yelling "am i under arrest?" They Kept Saying No You're Being Detained Until We finish Our Investigation. They hated me, I was being an asshole that day.. guy cop padded me down there were 3 cops there 2 men 1 woman. When he grabbed my nuts I said ,"hey bro wtf" really loud. He got hella embarrassed you can tell. They would ask me stuff I would answer am I free to go? I kept saying "arrest me or let me go. If I'm not under arrest I would like to leave". One of the guys tells the girl "throw him in the car we don't need to talk to him anymore". The girl handcuffed me super tight .she ends up taking me and I couldn't believe how smooth the cop car felt it was like floating on air. So I start talking about the car.. she answers one question but I can tell she's mad.. I end up asking her if she can loosen the cuffs a little bit. I told her they were really starting to hurt. She started saying you changed your tune I told her I was sorry for making her upset. It took 6 minutes after we left for her to start calling me hijo. She let me go at a nearby jack in the box. I guess one of my friends fat girlfriend told them everything.. they only arrested me because I pissed them off.. lady cop was hot..When I got home I jacked off to thoughts of her. To bad she didn't make me earn my freedom.

Every thursday i used to drive through bastrop and san marcus dropping off weight.
I would bring my doberman and she goes crazy so i step out the car before the cop approaches. He never has opportunity to smell or look. Worked a few times so far.. i get pulled over on ocassion going through wilco cause some of them know my ride. Theyll stop me, poke their head in and sniff around. I dont keep drugs in my real ride. Theyll then bullshit and look at my tags saying im good to go. Motherfuckers just out here fishin. I have a spotless record though. Only one traffic ticket i took em to court over though..anyway yea..

I get pulled out of the car every time i get pulled over. Couldn't tell ya the last time i had a valid license.

Last time I got pulled over with 2 homies the cop walks up to the window before he can talk my friend points at another buddy of mine sitting in the back seat sand says "shoot him he's darker.. Cop ignored his dumbass and went on with his routine.

when i was 18, i got pulled over for a DUI. i turned right without stopping, without a blinker, and into the second available lane at about midnight on a friday night in a college town. i knew i was getting a DUI so i fucked with them the whole time. on the ride down to the processing station i kept talking about how departments are not allowed to hire more intelligent recruits, stuff like that. they stole the $35 i had in my wallet that we were gonna use to buy beer with. i filed a complaint on that.
when i was 19 or 20, a few friends and i were getting baked in a car outside of the call center we worked at. we noticed a cop on the other side of the parking lot looking at us, so the driver decided to go to jack in the box and order food. cop followed us, sat right in line behind us at the drive through. as soon as he reached his hand out the window to grab the food, about 10 or 15 cop cars all lit us up at once. we all had to exit the car felony style, fingers interlocked behind out heads walking backwards at gunpoint. they cuffed us all and sat us on the curb while they searched the car. they were pissed when they found the weed, yelled at the driver a whole bunch because they were looking for armed robbery suspects fitting our descriptions. the driver cried his eyes out. i told them this wouldn't have happened if they were just better at their jobs.
never been asked to get out of the car any other time, and i have been pulled over for all sorts of shitty driving tactics, not having my license or insurance with me, you name it. a few times when i was young i was pulled over with a bong under my shirt too. best way to get high and drive back then i thought.

never. i've had more good than bad experiences with police. twice i gave permission to search and they didnt. have nothing to hide these days. some cops here even smoke weed themselves on occasion. going for burn rides is asking to get busted though. where i live they hardly even throw ppl in jail for weed unless you have a rap sheet. usually just probation and community service. sometimes might spend a night or few if you cant make bail. sometimes the cops just let you throw your stuff. dnr are quite lenient even. i find not all cops get a kick out of ruining peoples lives. most of them just want to be lazy and eat doughnuts. in cool with that. i do personally know a few people that would be dead if it wasnt for the police finding them. some more than one incident. nothing more i hate than cop callers though. no one is man enough these days to be civil enough to work things out without having the police on speed dial. i like when the cops just dont even come because they're so sick of ppls bullshit. i've seen it happen or not happen i should say. it's supposed to be for emergencies, not getting back at your noisy neighbor or abusive boyfriend you choose not to leave when you have 10 different places you could go. my town is full of white trash welfare bums. 10 years ago kids werent finding needles on the street here. i see why the cops are dicks at times.

I've been asked out of the car so many fucking times. Jail many times also
I did a 9 month sentance(6 months) in monterey co's jail(Salinas) for my 3rd Dui within 7 yrs.
this mother fucker judge Molanado, his kid got killed by a drunk driver. And I just happened to get sentenced by him.
MONTEREY COUNTY SUCKS
I use to be a punk ass to them. Only to get roughed up a little bit everytime I did that.

I had cop box my left ear and bust my ear drum I have like 10% hearing in my lefty. Also been maced at least 3 times. I also been arrested twice for resisting arrest without a arresting charge, how the fuck does that happen..

Pulled over for failure to maintain lane after leaving a bar late at night. (I was driving a friend's SUV and the steering was shot going up a big hill.)
Had me do a field sobriety test and blew a flat zero... I had only had three beers in the course of 6 hours it was my birthday went to a local show.
I went on my way, whole thing lasted less than 10 minutes.

On my way back from the Adirondack mountains up North. They tore my car up and maybe found an 1/8
Kept asking me where the pills were. Where my drug trap was in my car.
The one state trooper opened my glove compartment and was like what does this yellow button do? Does it open a drug trap.
yeah if I had a button to open my drug trap it would be yellow and in plain site.
That lasted a good three hours after a day of hiking 16 miles standing on the side of the interstate for that long sucks hard.
