Shit load of folks on here from UK and grow with LED but when confiscation is a factor and HPS is so cheap there's always going to be a fuck ton of HPS growers to every LED grower here.

Like 2hearts pointed out up there, the key is to get growing and do it for a reasonable budget and in the UK you can manage any light in a 4x4 tent with enough airflow and a correctly vented spaces.

You can always upgrade or spend time learning more about LED while your growing.
Too many newbs thing HPS is too hot or LED doesn't create heat...

I love LEDs but if I had to start from scratch and didn't have a ton of cash then I would be using HPS/MH a standard tent and a good fan and filter.

I dont know why hlg and one or two others arent stocked in most shops, a lot of leds seem amazon or from the us. Im sure there must be more dedicated sellers online here but i never feel their prescence much and its just easier to run any of the other options.

Imagine getting caught and you just spent £4000 on a room of leds, be crying wisjing i went cmh.

Its a joke, you dont need to defend leds constantly and they deserve to get ripped for the amount of utter shite we have had to listen to.

I seen a hps thread a few days ago which made me think hps still yeilds more, getting hard to hide the facts and these claims of %30-%50 more outdated blurple rubbish they just cant let go.

Prefer a cmh anyway, takes the piss out of leds.

I've never understood this line of thinking. So, let me get this straight...some LED growers were assholes and said HPS was garbage? And you think that gives you some sort of pass to attack the usefulness of LED lights? Are you 5 years old?

You apparently have a hard time understanding this so let me spell it out for you ... None of us give two shits if you buy an LED light or not. What we'd prefer would be for you to stop talking shit about LED lights just because there are a ton of shitty Chinese lights flooding the market. Talk shit about those all you want but lumping them in with quality LEDs just makes you look stupid.
