Has anybody grown green house seed big bud?

I am looking for a high yielding plant and most people have said big bud but i have heard that it doesn't really have a smell to it and could take a long time to fully ripen? Could do with some help on what to choose

I would not recommend Greenhouse. I have tried several of their seeds and not a lot of winners in my opinion. I would go with an american breeder personally. I like MTG TGA DNA Reserva Privada and Humbolt Seeds. https://www.cannabis-seeds-bank.co.uk/

I grew a nice cut of Big Bud for about 2 years and it smelled like Lemon sherbet, it's all how you grow it and you need to make sure your genetics are legit. I would not recommend Big Bud but the Sensi Seeds cut is very nice if you are set on BB.

Iv got the same reaction of a lot of people don't think that i am going to stick with big bud I'm after a potent smell kind of musty but around 3-4 ounces a plant iv got a 8ft by 4ft grow tent which I'm going to put 10 plants in 15ltr pots and stuck between lollipopping or topping. I was think about white rhino? Have you tried this help would be appreciated thanks

White rhino also sucks. It looks good on paper and when greenhouse grows it I suppose it's good but It is the only plant I have ever had major problems with. I have no idea why. I think it is sensitive. The easiest strain I have ever grown was Barney's Farm Pineapple Chunk. Fantastic in every way. If you have a little more money I would highly recommend some DNA genetics 6 seeds for $100 but they are so worth it. Just practice your cloning skills to keep from having to buy seeds again.

I don't recommend Lolipopping in the traditional way. Most people grow out a healthy plant naturally and the ruin it by just stripping off the lower growth before flower and calling it good . I do something called Mainlining. I used to super-crop. I can send you guides to these techniques if you want to try but I warn you they are high stress so you need to be careful. Some degree of lower growth removal is ok but it is more complicated than people say.

Hopefully your Brother-In-Law is a Rocket Surgeon and can get to this after he gets your television remote synced to your new Visio.

If your putting 10 pots in a 4x8 area you will probably only want to top them once if at all. Your canopy is giong to be huge anyways and you'll need access to all the pots. Just let them go IMO and you'll be very happy. As for strain I'm not sure what would be best. Green house seeds would not be my choice, ive had shit luck with them.

I didn't know GHS had a big bud strain. When it comes to GHS, it seems like for every good review I read, I hear at least two horror stories. To be fair, I have seen quite a few great looking Super Lemon Haze grows, but it tends to be pretty finicky. Wouldn't recommend it for someone just starting out. Their Lemon Skunk is said to be decent too. Those are about the only two GHS strains I would consider growing, but only if they were freebie seeds from Attitude or something. And MAYBE the re-released Doctor. Just too many other breeders out their to mess around with GHS mediocre stuff. Besides RIU, Seed Finder is an excellent resource for researching strains.

I have to agree! I tried SLH when i first started growing indoors and out of 5 seeds one made it. I had terrible luck with the plant, but in GHS's defence the free skunk#1 was a great strain to grow.
