I would like to know of any of the growers here have attempted this light schedule. It gives the plants a quicker following time. After reading about this on another thread it seems that several growers have attempted this with quick flowering times & have received great results.
According to the factual information about this schedule is that you will gain 5 hrs 20 mins a day using this particular schedule so that would mean that every actual 7 days of flowering is like 9 days for the plants. That means you can pull an 8wk strain 16 days early with next to no difference. A 30-40% increase in yield was also shown.
So I would assume that using this in the likes of AERO, Flood & Drain or Ebb & Flow would make the end user finish a lot quicker than the norm. It also gives the grower the ability to fluctuate your times so the electric company does not see the same set electricity schedule of the normal 12 on/12 off cycle.
To make this work effectively the end grower will definitely need CO2, an intermatic timer (with 18 programable events) & a calendar to map out the schedule.
Here is the recommended schedule Per Advanced Nutrients:
1 ON Sun 12:00pm
1 OFF Sun 6:40pm
2 ON Mon 6:40am
2 OFF Mon 1:20pm
3 ON Tue 1:20am
3 OFF Tue 8:00am
4 ON Tue 8:00pm
4 OFF Wed 2:40am
5 ON Wed 2:40pm
5 OFF Wed 9:20pm
6 ON Thu 9:20am
6 OFF Thu 4:00pm
7 ON Fri 4:00am
7 OFF Fri 10:40am
8 ON Fri 10:40pm
8 OFF Sat 5:20am
9 ON Sat 5:20pm
9 OFF Sun 12:00am
I would like to hear from the sophisticated grower what he or she thinks about this. Looking forward to all replies & PLEASE NO NEGATIVE ENERGY!!
