i guess even though i am a legal medical grower for myself and another patient it is still federally illegal so im still taking a chance with the law. if you are not legal i dont know why you would be on the web posting pics of your illegal set up . I think if you are illegal your being watched anyway and if your selling your being monitered but if you are not abusing the privellage your probly going to be ok. hell who knows what the fucking government will do next if they need your money. im sick of the federal indian giving and the back stabbing our own gov. does.

the challenge here is to get someone to pay attention to your grow, the numbers are overwhelming
an example from a ways back, Elite Genetics did business on here a few years ago
he was running a seed business in the USA, with a USA address
as it turns out, it was his home address, he didn't care enough to stealth it
he kept it going for about 2 years, blatantly running a seed business with a USA address
the only reason he was nailed is some kid stole money from his mother for seeds, and she filed a complaint
the DEA machine seems to have dropped that ball

given? no, but they do have shit snuck in whether it be throught the staff or visits.

I would never try to grow illegally. to much to lose for a hobby. Im licensed to grow ninety plants and have six pounds on me at any given time. I love california. =)

I definetly wouldnt be posting or have even joined with out being legal! people talk about their illegal grows and hoping not to get caught lol. I only went to high school but im not that stupid! Ive dealt with cops before. they lie and cheat to get an arrest. seen it with my own eyes so it still worries me

I think you are wrong about that. I would look into the law again before offering up that type of information. Seems to me what people keep forgetting is that it is illegal to profit from the sales of marijuana period. I know if I were a cop that statement would sure as hell raise a red flag.

I keep my plant limit to six plants, anything over 6oz's is donated, given to other patients or destroyed.
This is to help control seizures not make a buck.

That is what prop 215 is all about.

I call bullshit. If you lived in a state where you couldn't get licensed, are you going to sit there and say you wouldn't even grow one plant in the privacy of your own home without telling anyone? I highly, HIGHLY doubt it. And no, I don't know you, but I just don't believe you. And besides, like everyone here said, you are still breaking federal law and putting it out there that you have the ability to grow NINETY plants isn't going to garner you any less attention.

I would also like to add, possessing is illegal also, are you saying you wouldn't smoke if you weren't licensed? Please.

Funny. State legal,, but still concerned about fed, gettin ripped off,, loosing card for some stupid shit, etc.

I think I over post, w/ pics sometimes.
However just by looking at the picvs it's easy to see I grow for personal use (small room just can't suport enough to do any harm), I find it unlikely (but not imposible) for the feds to warrent time on me.

Still,, I try to be under the radar (and fail miserable at times).

I honestly think I'm more addicted to growing the best quality of small quantity. Like a golfer's challenge to beat last round.

i hope one day ireland will let us grow legal. i only grow a few plants so if i do get caught it wont be to serious, ireland is stil to far behind to make weed legal i cant see it been done in the next 10 years.
