Has anyone ever seen this?

Germinated & planted a trainwreck seed x GHS and it sprouted with this white hole in it. *You can see through the hole to the otherside.. Soil is a 70/30 ration of fox farms ocean Forrest & fox farms light warrior. *I've never had this happen before. *No nutes have been feed yet just ph'd water @ about 6.5.

I was thinking a drop of water also.. & I'm 99.9% sure it wasn't a bug issue. Well have to see what's in store but i haven't noticed any new growth yet either.

...possibly water on the foilage while the lights were on...it kinda magnifies the light, causing possible burns....no harm no foul thus far, those aren't true leaves and will be falling off shortly anyhow....good luck!
