Has anyone ever used a Ushio bulb?

Was wondering if this bulb was any good.

and no, I haven't tried it.

if it doesn't have the correct spectrum of light... its useless.

would you happen to have the specs for the bulb?? if you can, get the specs and post them on here.

but again,... if it doesn't have the blue and or red spectrum.. its useless for growing.
