maybe i need to be more specific.

why, when you say yourself that higher CRIs cause stretch, do you then go on to select a higher CRI cob of lower intensity to the more common 70CRI DB bin?

I had more weight doing an all run on a metal halide "4000k" than an mh/hps. However this was only on one strain. Other people have had the same results. They have a whole site dedicated to this experiment, just look it up on google..Hps vs metal halide grow.
