A couple of nights ago I was getting some extra products put on the site, and something happened accidently which just wiped out the category tree.
Your order ending 298 I presume, was on the 15th which is whilst I was away on vacation.
Vacation was stunning, 90+ heats everyday. Got to sit by a pool drinking coctails all day whilst watching the kids play in the pool right in front of me, was so mega relaxing.
The only trouble on holiday was that the computer was in spanish and I couldn't figure out how to do the things I needed to.
I got home on the friday night at around 2am, I'd been on a long flight and without a smoke for over 8 hours and was mega stressed out.
I got home to just short of 2000 emails, a ton of orders, my google checkout account had been shut down. Oh what a comedown.
I actually stayed up that night, and got as many emails and invoices sent out as I could and it took me some time to work through the emails.
I prioritised on most recent orders, considering that anyone who had placed an order at the earlier part of my vacation was likely to have been fed up with the waiting and placed an order somewhere else which was totally out of my control and completely understandable. I figured that anyone who still wanted to continue with their order would let me know and I could send out their invoice straight away.
I would not have directly ignored your order as it is a reasonable order, I've just been trying to do 2 weeks work in 1 week along side setting up a new server because of the number of people complaining that they couldn't access the site and the old hosts inability to solve the problem. I wasn't sure which order was yours, plus you had already said you had ordered from attitude, which is why you never received the payment request.
I am completely sorry for the way this transaction has worked out for you and it is not my aim to leave anyone unhappy with the service they have received, unfortunately this is how it has worked out.
Please don't take it personally in anyway because it has not meant to be at all.
I personally and publicly apologize to you and if you want to complete the order then by all means please let me know, but I had thought from your unhappiness and purchase from attitude that you didn't want to complete the sale.
