13 business days and you delivered half way around the globe, through a volcanic ash cloud and to me in the boonies. Speedy like promised

Eh? You said you paid on 4/13 and your postage said 4/23. That's almost 10 days just to get the ball rolling and only 5 business days for delivery - spot on with royal mails website.
Now it seems everyone shipped after the volcano and even those that ordered through it are showing up. It's everyone that ordered well before that are missing? I mean I made my purchase decision based on the fact people were getting serviced the same day.... if it took a whole week just to get my seeds in an envelope I won't be impressed.

The reason speedy did this was because if he had sent it during those ten days it would have come via boat (because of the volcano ash) instead of through air mail and it would have taken longer. He said he was going to do this a few pages back because he had found out that some of his shipments were going to be rerouted to boats because they didn't know when air mail would be available again.

Right, but I paid on the 6th, Derkone on the 8th .... that's about three weeks and the only thing listed for my tracking number says posted the 14th? I certainly don't want to find out "posted" means "postponed until volcano".

First class coast to coast is usually about 3days max even to the sticks. I've always gotten my senders copy of customs forms on exports in about that time frame. I can't imagine they waste too much time investigating it beforehand.... especially with backed up boats.
first class is 3 days minimum. i've had it take up to 7. i mail up to 20 packages a week.

I ordered on the 7th April and received beans on the 28th of April (delivered down under). The volcanic ash happened during this period so I imagine if it hadn't, I would have received maybe up to a week earlier.
NOTE TO THOSE RECEIVING IN THIS COUNTRY
I had a bit of a scare because I ordered under an alias (but sent to my home address) and the package was not put in my letterbox, but rather I received a postal slip saying I had to sign for it and pick it up at my local post office.
I was a bit worried because I thought they may only allow me to pick it up if I could prove I was the the named recipient. However, I went down and said I was picking it up for my flat mate. They said I should have had him fill out the "authorisation" (name and signature) on the back of the postal slip but they gave it to me anyway. I signed my own name and had to show ID. I asked Speedy about it and he said although it is a registered package (for tracking purposes) it should not need to be signed for. It seems our postal service interprets it differently, or maybe they made a mistake with mine. So just keep that in mind ok.
Apart from that I received the correct order: 10 x Auto Hindu Kush Regular and 10 x Auto Diesel Ryder Regular (plus 2 bonus fem auto seeds).
I am very happy with the service and would recommend it to anyone. I haven't germ'ed the seeds but they look healthy.

yeah, couple days after they find your "stealth" pack. They waste no time on a little pack of seeds or rx.

The service i usually use is royal mail airsure, which runs at a cost of about 10$, there isn't a faster service available without using couriers, if couriers were to be used then the price would increase but delivery could be 2-3days from order.
