Oh oh, gotcha. That sucks though, I'm sorry for your losses caused by this damn volcano! But in all honesty, that excuse is pretty tired now, it's obviously a breakdown at the postal service/Royal Mail. They said on the 21st that they were going to START shipping packages to the US via air that had been shipped as far back as the 14th. Well it's been about 15 days since then so I think it's JUST getting to the reship point, maybe. I know you've got a lot of unhappy customers, but I really don't think it's got anything to do with you. So, for your speedy service in reshipping I think you should be commended. For those that it's been less than 30 days I think it's a bit premature.

I looked on the royal mail website, and surface mail, which is pretty much how it is being sent can take up to 6 weeks, there are many orders that were shipped after the 20th which have arrived, its just the orders that were sent roughly between 8th and 14th, amazingly I have some that were shipped on the 16th that have arrived, I really don't know what the fuck royal mail is playing at.

I know that people who place orders from attitude during that period are also waiting, except attitude don't have everything out in the open like I do, if someones unhappy then they bring it here for everyone to see, so this volcano mess looks worse on speedyseedz than it does on other seedbanks

Well, I personally think you've handled it pretty well so far. We're not even talking about 30 days here and there was a large "hiccup" in the system. People just need to be more patient and that ones that are whining like crazy should just grow up. Look again at the dates guys, it hasn't even been 30 days! Everyone knows what the deal is and why it's taking so long, why jump on Speedy about it?

Well Speedy, your willingness to make it right and the fact that you let it bother you to the point of action (how many seedbanks would do that?) speaks volumes and you'll be my seed vendor for a long time. Everyone's just trying to hope you'll resend and they'll end up with both packages and a bunch of free seeds.

Good luck...If you keep at your business the way that you are you'll be on top of the seed world in no time.
