1. The large cobs like CXB3070 / 3590 or Vero29 should fade the Kessil things loose.
2. If you add 12 xte's to your cobs you will lost a lot of effiency. The DD bin/36v is up to 74% eff. @700mA, but the xte's are only <50% @350mA. The more mono's you add the more decreases the efficiency!
3. If you still want to add some mono's, you should take light blue 465-485nmnm and cyan 495-515nm for a bad ass vegging light, because the cobs has more than enough royal blue(peak), but is lower on light blue/cyan range/460-520nm. But I would only add max. 2+2 to each cob.
If you really want to have kick-ass vegging light, omit the Mono's and take more Cobs 4000 / 5000K and lower current to 350-700mA.
No need to add mono's, because the 4k/5k spectrum works awesome for vegging!
