My buddies tried it $50 and 1/8, they said kinda like being high but its kind of a messed up feeling.

I've been thinking we need a huge excise tax/ban on kaolin, the filler component of pills. Someone needs to prove that shit does some harm. It's about time these pharmaceutical companies pay their fair share this tax pie.

It doesnt leave you feeling weird or anything like that. You get high, feels like weed that was harvested towards the early side. Not the couch lock type high, but an energetic high. Seemed to last as long, maybe a little longer then weed. It had the same effect if I bought it at the head shop or made my own. I understand that people are going to question the safety, and I cant say much about that side, but it does get you high like weed, and you dont feel a chemical high like pills. It really is an awesome thing if you cant smoke weed for whatever reason.

Fake pot often is sold in little packets or in small vials. They’re labeled as herbal incense, but people smoke the mixture as they would marijuana.
TUPELO – The City Council tonight approved a ban on the synthetic marijuana often called Spice.

Council members voted unanimously for the ban, which takes effect immediately.

The new ordinance makes it illegal to sell, buy or possess Spice and its equivalents, which are openly sold at area convenience stores, tobacco shops and online.

A violation is punishable by up to $1,000 in fines and six months in jail.

The ban takes effect immediately but extends only to the city limits. Other cities and towns in Lee County say they will consider a ban as well.

I have not heard of any deaths nor serious injury, no problems with addiction (especially in comparison to the 80% of Americans that ingest caffeine daily and the ~40% of Americans that smoke cigarettes daily), I don't see any serious potential for harm, and it does not fall under the Federal Analog Act. The government needs to fuck off on this one.


Your work may not be able to test for it, but the military's gc/ms piss testing sure as hell can... maybe you should look into erowid's law section for JWH-xxx's.

I agree. But it seems that if the government is not getting a cut on something that is being sold... and it's apparently getting someone high, they feel like there getting robbed blind by the public! Thus, they like to pass it off as something we the public are doing illegally...

I think you are right, but in this case I think the gov wants a BIG cut of stuff that makes you feel intoxicated. The gov is already getting sales tax on this stuff, at up to $50 an eighth thats $4.38 around here. This compund has been around since 1995, but in the past year 7 states have made it illegal, and 7 more are in the works to to the same. Stock pile up on this shit, because when water becomes the next big commodity, weed might be pretty expensive to grow.

Side note-wouldnt it be cool to have a hydro setup in a bomb shelter. grow some veggies and weed while we are nuking the shit out of each other.
