Hey everyone, before I start I want to preface this by saying that I know flowering usually takes at LEAST 60 days to complete, regardless of what the breeder says. I have been planning on waiting at least 60 days just for good measure, but now at Day 50 I believe that the plant may be ripened and ready for harvest. Firstly, I have been doing trichome checks for the past 2 weeks or so with my scope, and today the trichomes seemed to be mostly cloudy but I saw an isolated few that were a dark dark amber. I also saw a few that were clear looking. I am aiming for an upbeat cerebral and cloudy trich high, so I do not want to let the amber trichomes get out of control.
Secondly, over the past 4 days my main fan leaves have been progressively yellowing and wilting. The leaves that surround the buds and even the fan leaves that aren't as big look totally healthy, while the big mama leaves are pale and brittle. I have read that this is also a sign of harvest.
I do not believe that there has been much development in the past few days.
This plant is a bagseed, so I have no idea what the suggested flowering time is. It looks to me like an indica dominant hybrid, but I am a total noob. Is it possible that this plant is a fast growing auto flower or something like that? I treated it as a regular fem and 12/12 was effective in inducing flowering, but I cannot be totally sure. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
