Has this happened to your plants?

My friend tells me this is no good to have plants "this tight" that my plants will rot the closer to bud i get. this is the way all of my plants end up- this is my 3rd time growing more "serious" my 3rd round outside and even indoor they've done this. I got this being told it was "blue dream". Now that i'm looking more closely at others plants different people grow and I guess mine are different. Seeing that almost every time with different seeds I've had this happen- I'm wondering what causes it? and is it bad? these 3 pics are of the same plant, just up-close and far away. they are at week 9. Thank you.

You need to buy some salt to eat when your friend talks.
 
I've said this before and I will say it again.... sounds like you need to get better friends. Looks like you doing a bang up job on that plant. If you really want to maximize that plant try bending the outer branches out and tying them down. That will reduce the amount of moisture on the inside and increase yield. As socaljoe said, it really depends on humidity, but I think spreading it out will end up with best results. Just my opinion.

How humid does it get in your area at the end of summer into early autumn? That should be your main concern when it comes to rot. High humidity will encourage rot and fungal growth.

this is the most humid i remember it ever being here and it's been 80% last couple weeks. Going into fall it will be much lower I hope. When it's really humid I have a big barn fan that I blow on them to keep the air moving.

Thank you for the suggestion. I've done that with many others and while it does help with the immediate probelm I end up getting the same "full" stems with new growth on top of new growth on top of new growth...." but it does help when bud is closer. I've even taken a hub cap on cars and placed them in the center of plants to force them to spread. It works, but he says what I've got going on is essentially "genetic junk" and wont be worth a dime. It's the first "friend" I've showed my girls to, so when I got his reaction I started to look closer to what your all growing and started to think maybe he's right. Maybe I should have stringier plants that aren't so "full". So I sincerely appreciate the feedback. He said it looks like I do too much "super cropping" when they are growing. But like I said- I'm not a professional.

Wow, that's high. Shouldn't be a problem at this stage, but be on alert as the flowers start filling in.

What @blake9999 said about spreading it open a bit is good advice, if for no other reason than to increase airflow through the plant. I'd suggest getting some bamboo stakes and then just gently spread things apart, using the stakes to hold branches in place.

Week nine in 12/12 light schedule or outside? They look fine if they're still in veg.
