Hash - Ice extraction+ silk screen=bubble hash?

i've read that ice extraction that is used thru multiple bubble bags creates (somewhere near) honey oil purity

cant I just treat w/ ice water and use very fine silk screen to get the same effect w/out buying the incorporated version?

Otherwords, cant I just get a few different micron silkscreens from art/craft stores and some buckets and make my own series of finer and finer silk screens

Yes, you absolutely can.
I dont know the process of ice wax, but Ive done dry ice extraction, and its much easier, better, you get more, and a better product.
Now, if you wanna be fussy and use multiple bags and seperate your trichs, feel free. I personally am more than content using a 70 or 110 micron bubble bag.
I use the sigle bag, then take my pre-dried frozen trim, and put in it the bag with chunks of dry ice, maybe 1/4 to 1/2 the amt of leaf matter of dry ice compared , so 4 parts trim, 1 part dry ice chunks, or even less ice, you'll figure it out after your first couple times how much you like, get a big piece of glass, and shake it like crazy up and down as close to the glsass w/out touching it as you can, then carefully watch for a slight green tint to appear, scrape it all aside, then shake more out until a decent amount of green comes out, an thats your second quality hash.
This is far etter than water or solvent extraction, as there is nothing to dissolve anything away, no cannabinoid, terpenes, etc. Its totally clean and retains all taste and is ready to smoke, you dont have to dry it, vaccum it , heat it, any of that shit . its readyl.

Bubbe bags are pretty cheap, i think silk screen is 50 micron bt not sure

The problem with dry ice extraction is your snap freezing the plant.
I.E. you'll end up with leaf in your hash making it harsher and not as high of quality.
water extraction does not break up the leaf, it only freezes off the trichome heads and through the multiple screens seperates them into finer and smaller particles.
Theres a reason you'll end up with more... theres plant in it.
When you make pure water hash it'll be almost blonde, the greener the hash is the more leaf is in it
