Its similar to acetone or butane..in that even the best are contaminated just with less

Yes I understand not all peg has it, there are a couple different processes to make it, though they ae still contaminated with oher crap. Ethylene oxide is common in low weight peg formulations commonly used in ecigs

As to the other guy thats mad about something. Rosin is not what i or medical users look for in a product. Its not a better product. My product is crystallized out of solution in freezing temps preserving all terps and cannabinoids. I dont smoke shatter very often either. Lab tests didnt prove anything....

depending on temp rosin can be sappy or shatter. Tests from soilgrown, tveruza, Cuban grower and others showed 80% + THC and higher terpene profiles and more terpenes present.

blasting butane scrambles trichomes and terpenes

qwiso and winterizing remove terpenes.

rosin right now is the purest and cleanest form of thc/ cbd / cbn, cbg/ thca, etc...

Regular dewaxed shatter always wins the secret cut for highest terps and thc. I only winterize for food grade runs, just inline dewaxing in a closed loop imo makes the best shatter. Fresh frozen or live resin extracts produces amazing terp profiles. The age of the material and strain makes a huge difference in terp profile. Just some observations from my experience, we get every run tested at sequoia labs. Rosin just isn't a scaleable process, my only beef with it

nope. Blasting scrambles terps and heads. No.possible way is it cleaner. The cleanest butane wax is.still contaminated and harmful. There's no such thing as 100% clean bho

Well according to sequoia labs they have a ppm threshold that the BHO has to be under in order to be safe for consumption. They test for 10 different solvents including everything that is in butane, propane, and ethanol. Washington and Colorado already have state wide levels of acceptable residual ppm in order for it to be sold. Which I have seen tests come back at 0 or very close to it. Proper extraction and purging is key, with out a lab degassing oven this is nearly impossible. Also wax is a lot more likely to be contaminated because most people just whip it straight in the pyrex and don't purge it properly.

Pressing rosin threw some sort of screen with heat doesnt scramble terps and heads though? Im going to do a side by side with the exact same material, one bho/one rosin and get it tested at the lab.

I'd be curious to see the results if you do that. Maybe, BHO, Rosin and Ice Water Hash? When you get those tests done do they tell you exactly what kind flavor profile you have? I'm not very knowledgeable on this but am curious to know. This is about all I know about terps. This is when I was doing some research on the best temp for decarb with minimal lose.

So my question is when you get tests. Do they list i.e. d-limonene, pinene, etc?

Those results have already been discovered, well between the flower-bho-and rosin of the same exact flower. @soilgrown on INstagram has the results, and Rosin is hitting about 5-10% less activated THC on average, my average of course. About the same on the terp scale. No real need to waste your money on tests but if you want to

Everything I do is personal so I probably won't ever do a test but it would be cool to see the exact profile broken down like that.
