Thanks Cheef I'll have to give that a try if the stuff I used today doesn't do the trick.
I turned the light in in the flower room yesterday at 3pm so they where in darkness for about 40 hours.
I took some more photos but after I cut the light on so you can't tell anything. I didn't see any size difference or new growth really, I'd say the plants in the veg room grew more but that's not the point of it anyway.
I was going to transplant them today but decided to wait so I can kill these gnats off before I give them more room to grow. I put some organic pesticide on them today, watered & sprayed the foliage. I'm sure all this has stunted their growth, I think the clones will probably grow quicker than this batch.
It said I could mix it with my nutes so I gave both rooms 1/2 strength feedings. Veg room got grow big, big bloom & superthrive. Flower room got tiger bloom, big bloom & superthrive. I pH ed both to 6.3.
Room temps got a little high yesterday after I cut on my 600 watt hps. I was gone from 3:30 until almost midnight. When I got home my temp about 93 in my room. My clones were dry and looked a little wilted.
I sprayed them and added water to the tray. This morning they looked a lot better.
Today I setup a odor control/light cooler. I don't know how much this will help odor but I'm going to give it a shot. I'll let you know if it did when ever they start to stink. It has dropped the temperature down to 88. I'm going to add a 2nd cheap fan by putting a y right behind the hood. I might just bite the bullet & buy an in line fan. With the 2 cheap ones it would be 500 cfm, the in line is only 440 cfm. Of course it's only one fan. Oh decisions. Any way on with the design.
I put 2 filters in this thing in hopes of controlling odor. I saw both of them on here so they are nothing new.
Filter 1 is for the intake side so I don't suck any thing across my light.
I used a 6" connector for stove pipe & I also used a 6" cap. I used some 1/4" square wire that can in a 2ftx5ft role.
I measured the wire so that it would be the same size as the filter. I screwed the wire to the open connector first, using medal screws. By attaching it in the middle first I was able to line it up a little easier. After I got it screwed all the way around I attached the cap to the other side. I put a thin filter inside and held it in place by using a small roll of wire. The filter on the outside is fuzzy & thicker. I attached it using big zip ties.
Filter #2 is on the exhaust side & it's more for the smell. I used a 6" piece of stove pipe & more the same wire. I screwed it down on 4 sides then cut the corners in 2 places. This allowed me to wrap the wire & screw it down instead of cutting it off. The I put activated carbon into some Woolite wash bag and stuffed it inside the pipe. I only filled the bag about an 1/8 of the way full. I secured it in place by using some fence ties I had laying around.
I connected everything together using 6" flexible hose & 6" clamps. I hung rope from the ceiling on the intake side to support the extra hose. On the exhaust side I hung a shelf. I put the intake close to the floor the help circulate my co2 since it's heaver than air. I put the exhaust above my plants.

If adding another fan does drop the temps down to 85 I'll pipe in some central air.
Oh I broke the top off #1 hanging stuff so I moved the little ladies before I did anymore damage.
Man didn't' realize it'd be so long. (that's what she said
