hasnt grown since sprout 3wks ago

someone please help, my Auto Ak X Lowryder #2 fem wont grow!

she sprouted three weeks ago and still looks like this....she came out kinda retarded looking aswell


shes on 12/12 with my large female from bag seed whos budding in a 2 1/2ft wide 1ft deep 2 1/2ft tall box with 6 60w cfls, shes close to the lights and potted in peat moss, but there just isnt any new growth going on....should i move her to another box and use 18/6?please help...thanks in advance

From the looks of it she is sitting in a soil plug for seedlings. If the tap root has appeared out of the bottom of that starter plug then she needs to be planted into a pot with the soil you will be using so the tap root has something to reach for. The way it looks the root has nothing to grow down into except the green tray. Give it a deeper meduim and it will grow. Did you really mean the baby was on 12/12 already? or was it a typo? Yes 18/6 would siut the baby's needs better.
