I don't mist.
actually I don't worry about humidity levels even when cloning.
Jiffy pots pretty much are awesome. You can leave them in like a 1/4 inch of water and they will keep your plant plenty moist.
Don't worry about water like this, if anything it will lead to you over watering.
How I treat jiffy pots is either they are in a tray made to hold like 50 or they are in a tupperware which will hold about 16 of em up right. I make sure there is a small amount of water touching the bottoms of all starter pots and leave it at that.
If the medium starts changing colors it is probably starting to dry and needs more water.
I keep telling everyone my secret awesome watering strategy to people who don't know and they are amazed.
For now water when those plugs are getting a bit dry. Don't worry about misting your plant, it has roots and has the ability to uptake as much water as it needs.
With a clone there is a finite amount of water available so most people keep the rh up high so they can't lose to much water. Roots are good at what they do and a seed basically has all the supplies it needs within it to make it to the first real leaves except water.
Don't worry the plant did evolve just like you and is about as resilient if not more so.
Edit- You will probably have enough light with just a single bulb for these five plants for about a week. Once the roots grow out of the pot and you transplant you will probably need both of those 16w bulbs. Very soon after that tho you will need a lot more light.
If you are planning to use CFLs for your first time through thats fine but I would really recommend looking into a 600w hps. They are about the most efficient source of light you can buy save for LEDs which haven't been optimized really much for great plant growth.
