Have my plants gone hermie? Do I kill them?

I live in a residential area and have some plants in my backyard. It looks to me like my plants are going hermie. I'm thinking stray light from the rest of the world may be the cause of this, but I want to be sure before I do anything drastic. They look so nice, I'm gonna be super bummed if this is the case. A couple of my plants have what appear to be pollen sacks on the bottom of some of the internodes. Take a look and help me decide what to do. Could I try and pick off all the sacks? Would spraying with Reverse be an option? Or should I just kill them? I'm so (potentially) pissed. Thanks dudes (and dudettes)

If they look same as pics on this thread then you have nothing to worry about male parts are rounder and slightly yellow. They are balls rather than tear shaped.
