Have you ever

been told green bud is immature bud?
some of the old growers ik from up around new york ( i live in the south )
told me to let my plant get killed by the first frost
?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

and another one told me when i harvest to let the plant "dry out"
uk like not water it and when it wilts to hang it not to cut it or nothing leave the roots intact
he said that not watering it will cause the plant to produce more TCH to try and keep it alive
i grow outside in big buckets so it would be easy to not water
i was wandering if anyone agrees with this???

i can see what he is saaying thc is the plants protection.
but i dont know if produce a noticeable amount
people use to boil the roots as well thinking it would drive the thc up ..
instead of all that bulshit ,i would just worry about a good drying and a even better curing..

Cutting down on the watering prior to harvesting causes the plant to be a "little" drier, helping to dry & keep mold at bay. IMO.
