Almost 2 weeks old seedlings. What is the reason of these twisted leaves?

Not giving them any nutrients yet. pH is around 6.1 with room temps around 23-24 degrees Celsius. I'm watering them manually once every couple of days. Are you giving them food? What pH exactly and how/when are you watering?
Obviously growth is severly stunted.

125w lamp set at about 80 cm working 18/6. Humidity about 65%. Why did you ask about chlorine?Pretty odd. Possibly genetic, what about your lighting & room humidity? Does your water feed contain chlorine? Also once per day might not be enough. If it is drying out really fast you should water again with the same or less amount as the first. I hate rockwool tbh.
I gave them 3 days ago a 300 ppm feeding but unfortunately they continued to dry up. I also lowered them from 60 to 80 cm from the lamp, based on what people suggested, that it might be a heat problem. These pictures are from yesterday.I'm thinking it must be the water you are giving them. Possibly a mineral imbalance.
You could try giving them RO water with a bit of grow food, like 300-400 ppm.
