Have you seen this before?

I'm going to go to my dads place a dig out some soil from his garden. He has been composting in it for the last 7 years he never uses fertilizers and his tomatoes come out so big you probably wouldn't believe me if i tried to explain. He grew cherry tomatoes that once harvest came along they were the size of nearly a full size tomato. Zucchinis like baseball bats... honest my only concern is that might be too high in nutrients as well but at this moment in time I cannot afford soil. Well I can but the misses will say its a waste of money she doesn't support my hobby.

Sorry to hear that. You never know it might turn out great!! The soil I picked up was like 9 bucks though.

Yeah but with this economy i have been lately laid off so 9 bucks is a pack of chicken you dig? If I wanna peruse my hobby it has to be non expensive in my womans eyes or its unnecessary. She doesn't smoke herb I do.. so my dads homegrown soil is my only alternative. I'm going to transplant tonight and will post any positive advances in the next few days. Hopefully it will be a positive outcome.

Update and closure!

I transplanted my troubled plant after letting the roots soak in a pot of highly aerated water/ hydrogen peroxide (two 40 gal pumps w/e airstones) for about half an hour. Then planted the baby into a new pot with organic soil which i dug out of my dads garden. 6 days later and she is green again besides the necrosis during the later stages of the hot soil exposure. I trimmed the troubled leaves only the ones with more than 50% damage gave her some bottled spring water and hoped for the best. Now all her new growth is rich green and soft healthy leaves what a difference. I named this bagseed "Destiny Kush" knowing that the seed came from an unnamed kush I figure the name suits it's struggle. Anyways thanks guys I'm closing this thread because my issue is finished and I'm going to relocated to a proper section in the forum. Probably indoor growing sect.
