So I've made my own genetics and stored them at a friends who now tells me to fuck myself, these are my heart and soul. Iam lost as what to do to get them back please anybody's advice is helpful

More of an explanatory is required here ...? by genetics you mean seeds and now you two have falling out ...?

You could work on a new strain and wait a few months for them to cool off, or have a mutual friend try and snag a few.

Yea unfortunately I made a bunch of strains over the summer that where my seed bank collection, thought he would like some apparently he wants all of them, not much of a fighter, suppose it's time to restart

You better figure out a way to get your beans back and end this situation. You are in a pretty shitty spot right now. If you let him get away with this without confronting the situation, next time you see him is when he will be showing up at your place taking your hole harvest.
