Too much water, water shouldnt dry up in 2-3 hours. Even if You live in Coloraedo.
You really should get more seeds orunplant the seeds You already planted and germinate Them before putting into soil.
Doing anything else is foolish and not wise. Good luck, Mate...

The pot looks good. Definitely not overwatered so
soil moisture looks good. Definitely not too wet. No paper towel germination right? Just seed straight into pot?

I’d argue that paper towels cause more problems for beginners than they help solve. I’ve watched way too many guys have issues keeping the paper towel a good moisture ...tap roots emerging and drying up. Easiest to just put promix in a small styrofoam cup, water it, pop seed in and wait. Set it and forget it

The most important thing is to have a fan blowing on the surface from the time when the seed grow through the soil surface. You have to make it hard for the "wilt off" bacteria to establish at the base of the stem.

Why even take the risk? I believe me and most other have work to attend to. Water, install a fan and do your thing. It's no rocket science. If you mixed your potmix correctly for seeds it's almost impossible to overwater.
And seed damp of from bacteria, "Erwinia tracheiphila" to be technical. You can get that either way. But you're correct, you should never overwater.

I have grown many local Indian sativa strains photoperiod but this is my first hydro. I haven't gave much importance for the Sativa's which I grew in soil and earthworm medium which is slow release and I would water it liquid seaweed extract weekly once it would give massive harvest I don't do pH for it Actually in March I sow the seeds and forget about them for merely 10 days after that many seedlings would sprout I water it tap water only and after june it would start to rain I would collect the rain water and water them with rain water only no nutes no chemical fertilizers nothing except cow dung and goat dung while flowering to increase harvest

Oh why didn't you say so I thought you were brand new to growing lol you already know how to grow the old school way you're fine! Don't stress over those beans, your landraces are much more precious than the stuff in those pots!

Should leave it til they come up. Helps to keep the soil on top moist. Important to have that so the seed can get that first water. Sounds like you need it more than usual.
Just fyi, my lifetime germ rate is 100%. Every seed that I have planted over 20+ yrs has come up. 1000s of seeds. I do this by planting directly in the soil. Paper towel germination is a fail. The tap root exposed for even an hr, will become damaged and give you a slow start. Avoid the paper towels. Before planting, I saturate the whole medium, I scuff the seeds with sandpaper. I plant them and water again gently right where I put it. Then the plastic to keep it moist. Plastic has to off every couple days, for a few minutes to avoid mold. Like I said, 100% germ rate doing this. No slow starts!

Yeah but I want to enjoy hydros which I grew like you guys once in my life bro I haven't smoked hybrids other than normal local mango sativa and indicas

What does you tending to work have to do with anything? Don’t overwater and you won’t have damping off. Period. Doesn’t take having free time to correctly water. Being busy has no connection to this topic. Seems you have an overwater issue since you’ve experienced so much damping off. In all of my years I’ve never once had it happen. Water correctly. It’s not rocket science and if you need a fan to stop your poor watering habits from murdering your plants than maybe cultivation isn’t for u
