Its been 3 weeks with the 3 days of germination since I plant my seeds. I’m using the cfls lights, my humidity stays between 55-70 and my temperature stays between 70-90. The big band has already a green stem still but it hasn’t grown. It’s leaves haven’t popped up yet. I’m a first time grower. So any advice helps !!

Pictures would help a whole lot. Simply from your description the way I read it, you're probably out of luck. That doesn't mean to trash it. Keep going and see what happens. But if it's just a stem, it will probably lose the water it's retaining in the next day or so.

But, pictures will eliminate 1,000 guesses. Also 90 degrees Fahrenheit is past my max temp of about 80-82. Even those temps are not good, but in the short run probably won't cause a lot of harm. I'm surprised CFLs will create that much heat, especially the amount needed for a seedling. Not that it will help much if CFLs are causing that much heat, but LED will cut the amount of heat added by half.

Yeah I'd say your temps are too hot and you've probably stunted it/killed it. I did the exact same thing on my first grow and the temps got to 30 degrees (which I think is around your 85ish fahrenheit) one day and wiped out all my my seedlings in one go.

Hey guys i was able to control my temps to 70-80 range and now my question is what humidity is better for my seedling with the green stem it hasn’t died

For me CFL are now just seed starters only , like a T5 they will kick start some new plants. They work well , I use a 5000k ( ecosmart ) - 20/4 - 24/0 . I judge ambient temp and RH if I will put in propagation dome with seedling mat or if I just anchor some cups under the lamp directly. Either way works well , but more importantly if room temps are TOO COLD seeds won't pop .... Hence the seedling mat.

I get the best results when temps are within 75-80° - RH around 50% + or -

The CFL will get things moving along within a couple of inches of seedling. Sometimes I let plant get a few leaf sets in with the CFL before even moving to new container and more intense lighting. Kind of a nursery setup ... Happy babies with out much intervention.

I don't worry to much of some stretch as that will be addressed in the transplant

If this is the plant you're having troubles with then I would GENTLY remove the seed shell. That is what is keeping the leaves from growing

The first picture isn't just a stem as I thought. Just wait a bit and it will overcome it's shell (or if you have the guts, remove it). Humidity matters, but I do nothing with it. My plants get whatever humidity my house is. If you have the ability to control the humidity it will only help.

Yeah be super super SUPER Gentle if your game to remove that seed capping off. it's really easy to pull the whole thing out of the soil as they are stuck on pretty good. I would just leave it and the plant will push it off in its own time.
