Having the house appraised...

I have two that are in their 5th week of flower that are about three feet tall, and two in veg that are almost a foot tall. They're coming tomorrow for a refinance. Not sure where I can discretely put a couple of three footers that stink to high hell, and all my setup. They are in tents and it doesn't stink in the room they're in. We have a lot of other plants (veggies) out in the garden, so I'm wondering if I can pass it off as veggie tents. Crap, that sounds insane.
Im pretty sure if its just a refinance it will only be a drive by. if you were selling they will check every room.

Do they need to come in to the house and look through every room? Or do they just walk around the exterior? I'm freaking out about this shit.
I live in australia and have had property evaluation done and unless it says they r entering your house on the letter u received they measure the block and use house plans also u can just as easy ring your real estate or land lord and ask

we just had the house reappraised for tax assessments and i was all freaking out over it.. we got a letter, and it took the dude like 2 months to come finally, but i put off growing till it was done with..
come to find out, all he really did was walk around the house, didn't go in any rooms where a door was closed, he was basically looking to see if anything inside had been remodeled lately, which would push the taxes up.. i think he went in the bathroom upstairs, and i opened the door to a small room that has a hatch that you get into the attic in, and he went down in the basement, and outside of course.. that was about it, and wasn't nearly as bad as i had thought it was going to be..

i was living with two guys, and the house was for sale, and my one friend was asleep, and the next thing he heard was people in the house.. he kind of freaked out, so he threw himself on the bedroom floor, and covered himself with dirty clothes.. one of the people even said something about how it looked like someone was lying there, and the realtor just blew it off..
we still laugh our asses off about that one.. :D:D

They measure every room, look in the attic, crawl space, closets, climb up on the roof if it can't be seen from ground level. They look at everything possible, if they're any good. If you got anything you don't want them to see, get it out of the house.

Unless you are renting from someone, them mother fuckers don't need to go to all the rooms, if they with the government FUCK THEM! It's your house, your estimate might be less, but fuck it, appraisers an real estate agents are like used car salesmen anyway
If its his house, he will not get the appraisal, but will still be obligated to pay the fee. If he rents, he can not legally stop him as long as he was given advance notice. Appraisers are licensed and are required by law to be thorough.

perhaps you could just schedule the appraisal until after you harvest your plants? Say you are on vacation in Timbuckto until then...

Thanks for all the responses everyone. After a day of sweating bullets I just decided to roll the dice and put all my plants in my tent with the carbon filter (I don't have one in my veg tent), and put all my legitimate gardening stuff on the table right next to it (seed packets, gardening magazines and books, etc.). I decided to go with the hidden in plain sight strategy because I figured it would look more suspicious if it looked like I was trying to hide something. I also hid anything that could be associated with weed and made sure there was no smell down there. I also went and bought a few baby plants from Home Depot last night and put them on the table on my deck so that it would look like I'm just hardening them off before putting them in pots or the garden out back. Dude basically poked his head in each room, said everything looks great, and was out of the house in about five minutes. I think I'm in the clear...I hope, lol.
Phew!!!! Lol congrads!!! Glad everything turned out!!!!

move it. the whole shootin' match. dude's brother could be Joe Narco. figure it out. or just call them up an' say......."my mom is really sick, and I need to be available for my family until such-an-such time." I personally don't like having to make up lies, but I hate waiting for spaghetti night, the smell of 800 guys feet even more.
be safe man
