Yeah they are a pain in the ass to get to the spot, but i moved them there when they were starters. They have bein liking the full sunlight every day, They are just showing the first signs off flower now. gunna get some pictures today 
Im starting bone meal, cal-mag, and tiger bloom tomorrow. hopefully all goes well. does anyone have any suggestions on the order that i use the nutes or how they would do all together?? thanks

I think you should transplant the other and then it will perk up. You could be overwatering or underwatering but hard to tell, when you lift up the pot is it very light?

ya, you should transplant to a bigger pot. looks thirsty. how often do you visit your crop?

ya, they look wilted. that's how they look when they are thirsty. the plant is to big for that pot if your not watering everyday, that plant and the summer heat is sucking that pot dry bigtime. especially these past few days, it's been hella hot! I've been chillin' at the beach these past few days it was so hot, lol.
once you get her in a bigger pot, she should be good to go. don't transplant her in the middle of the day though, it's gonna die from the heat trying to do a transplant in the hot summer sun. wait till evening to check the crop and transplant.
