Well i did receive some random seeds in some plastic vials. 33 days later and not what I won. It is some free seeds but who knows what it is as they are just random and unmarked.

I will keep my seed money in the states as they are way more prompt, respond to emails, and ship in sealed breeders packs.

Good luck and no thanks from over here on ever using you for any of my seed needs. You need a lot of help business sense wise if your ever gonna make it.

I can understand that your frustrated that your seeds took so long to get to you - and you have every right to be.

But show some class and don't accuse us of not sending you what we're promotion. I sent you an email 9 days ago about the seeds you'll receive, so you can identify them. The fact that the seeds came in plastic vials is due to our stealth packaging. At the end of the day we want to make sure that our packages make it past customs - as they do.

No I did not receive an email from you. I have stated that a few times. I like how I email you to purchase and you blow me off, 2 different times. Then I say you didnt send me any labeling and you get sore? Lmao

Pfft! I would be mad at my actions too, if I were you, but dont blame me for your piss poor business ethics. And I will stand by what I said, not in breeder packs, you are a liar in my book. You proved that by being a bad business to communicate with and being shady.

Oh and as far as stealth goes, attitude, herbies, and sannies all come from over seas and in breeder packs. I have received from them more than I can count so again the vials with random seed is not okay if I had payed. I would be pissed and charging my card back.

I absolutely agree with you, that the way your order was handled was anything but inconvenient for you and I can perfectly understand why an experience like this would create this certain image of us for you.

The reason things didn't go as smooth as they'd usually go, were several small issues that we recently had. Our fulfilment team was causing us some headache, which created a backlog and caused this delay. The reason we didn't reply to you on time here on RIU is, that RIU is not our main channel for customer inquiries. If you would have gotten in touch with us via our Live Chat or our contact form on our website, we would have been with you a lot quicker than this.

But regardless of what caused those issues and problems, I'd like to tell you that we're really sorry here at Haze.io for causing this inconvenience.

We obviously understand that those problems need our attention, which is why we introduced some massive changes to the company in the beginning of September. One of them is, that we moved our fulfilment to a new location, where new staff will take care of all deliveries, so problems like this should now be part of our past!

In regards to the email we sent you, you could check your Spam folder. The email was sent on August 26th. But anyway, you now know what seeds can be found in which vial. If you still don't trust us, however, you could send those seeds back to us and I'd be happy to send you another package of seeds in their original breeder package instead, so you don't have to have a doubt about those seeds.

Feel free to send an email to me ([email protected]) or my colleague Flo ([email protected]), so we can arrange this without any further delay for you.

Whatever you do DON'T buy from the Female Seeds supplier. I ordered 8 AK47 Autos and I'm on the 4th one trying to get it to sprout. Absolutely a fucked up waste of money. I put in 6 in papertowel Super skunk, Royal Qeen Ak47, Diesel, Skunk #1, Amphetamine and Ak47 (Female Seeds). Every other seed burst within 48-96 hrs except the Female Seeds brand. I'm on the 4th one trying to get ONE to shoot. Never buying from that supplier again. A real fucking downer.

I think some of the posters in here are being a little harsh.

I put in two orders much earlier this year, one with Haze.IO and one with Herbies. The one from Haze.IO went smoothly, I paid with a prepaid visa gift card with no problems and my order was shipped within a few business days and arrived about 9 calendar days after that. The one from Herbies was sent at a similar time and the overly diligent postie left an "attempted delivery" card, since I didn't have the balls to show ID at the post office I wrote those seeds off.

Of the ones I got from Haze.IO one lot of seeds germinated without problems, however, the other lot weren't so good. Of the five seeds the first seed took a while to germinate, the second didn't even open, the third opened and then seemed to rot, the fourth germinated but started growing in the wrong direction so I had to re-orient it and then it thankfully grew (although it never seems to be happy and always shows deficiencies which I've been trying to correct), and the fifth I haven't planted yet.

I didn't say anything at first as I was planning to order more seeds at some point so I figured I'd send them a message then. When I was ready to order some more seeds I sent Haze.IO an email illustrating that I didn't think they were at fault, that I didn't want any more of the seeds I had problems with, and if we could do something with the free seeds they were running at the time. Unfortunately, a few hours after I sent that email the exchange rate started to drop so I decided to place another order with Herbies. A few hours after that I got a reply from Haze.IO and they were happy to accomodate some better free seeds with my order, however, as I had already placed an order with Herbies I couldn't put an order through. Then I got an email from Herbies letting me know that my previous order from them that was "attempted delivery" had been returned to them so they refunded my money.

The order from Herbies never arrived and I got a refund for that order as well so I put in my second order through Haze.IO. This order didn't go as smoothly as my prepaid visa gift card was no longer accepted. They wanted me to use Western Union, however, I wasn't happy to pay the extra fees (and as it turned out I couldn't have used Western Union anyway) so they offered a method which allowed me to use the card I originally used and I put the order through. The next problem was it was right in the period when they had problems so the order was delayed about a week. I wasn't happy as I was trying to get the package through customs during a possible busy period and the extra week meant I'd missed that opportunity. I also had to ask them for the tracking number as I didn't receive the usual email which contains the tracking number and I don't think I got a reply to that, however, I did get a reply using their live chat. In the end the seeds arrived safely and they took about 8 days from when they were sent so I was happy with that!

Recently I put in an order for Southern Star Seeds through Haze.IO as I wouldn't have to worry about customs and SSS had a 30th birthday promo pack I wanted. When I tried to do that I tried on the day Haze.IO removed the promo pack from their website so I spoke to someone on the live chat feature regarding the free seeds from SSS. Amazingly the person I spoke to contacted SSS, SSS replied, and then they got back to me with an answer all while I was on live chat (I was very impressed). By the time I had figured out what I wanted to get now the promo pack wasn't available I think one of the owners of Haze.IO was on holidays so I had some difficulty getting the order put through and paid for as I think the people there didn't know/weren't able to help me use the method I used for the previous order. On a Sunday I tried to see if I could use one of the various methods of payment Haze.IO offer and none of them were working, however, I noticed the owner on live chat (yes, on a Sunday) so I asked if they could organise the same payment method I used for the last order and within a few minutes they had it sorted. This time I got an email letting me know the seeds had been sent, however, the tracking number was missing (again!). I sent Haze.IO an email and a couple of hours later they sent me the email with a tracking number this time and a follow up email just to be sure. The seeds took about 3-4 days to be delivered and they even had a few freebies on top of the 2-for-1 promotion. In the end I'm happy with how things went, the delays and problems worked out well as I ended up getting seeds I was happier with.

I was about to put in another order when someone posted problems with some Female Seeds seeds. Since I ordered something from Female Seeds I decided to try and germinate them and if I had problems then I'd have to try someone else. Those seeds have germinated just fine (they were probably the quickest I've had so far). Seeing as they germinated I'm not sure if I should go with Haze.IO which I've used a number of times and am comfortable with or if I should try Midweek Song and get a few extra free seeds and the seeds in breeder packs (after getting seeds directly from Southern Star Seeds I like the added confidence of a breeder pack). If Haze.IO had an option to get the seeds in sealed breeder packs with stealth then it would be a no brainer.

So far I haven't found a single seedbank with a website I would describe as decent, and unfortunately I think the Haze.IO website has a lot of room for improvement. I've given up using seedbank websites to search for seeds, I tend to use other methods to find what I want and then see if the seedbank has them and how much they are. However, the live chat feature (which I haven't seen elsewhere yet) is fantastic and it certainly made my life much easier getting quick responses to simple questions.

All in all I'm pretty happy with Haze.IO (and Herbies even though I didn't get my seeds).

I won't discuss the stealth methods used as people seem to be overly paranoid about disclosing that information, however, the seeds were all well packed and arrived safely. I think it would take a fair bit to damage the seeds the way Haze.IO packs them. So far I've had good communication using both email and live chat, I think I've had one or two emails not answered, but when I sent the email a second time or spoke to someone on live chat I got a reply and they've usually been quick to reply.

At the moment I would like to put another order in with Haze.IO as I'm comfortable with them, however, it would be really nice if we could get breeder packs through with stealth. The main thing I guess is some way to guarantee that the seeds are what you've paid for and sending the breeder packs separately doesn't really achieve that.

You're absolutely right, that there's still plenty of room for improvement on our website and we're working very hard everyday to smoothen out different processes and resolving previous issues.

I'm happy to tell that every problems related to our fulfilment team have now been resolved, as we're working with a new team since the beginning of September.

At the moment I would like to put another order in with Haze.IO as I'm comfortable with them, however, it would be really nice if we could get breeder packs through with stealth. as well as I received some free seeds. When the seeds came to my house, I was missing Nebula, Blue Dream and Kings Kush. Although, for some unknow reason the Kings Kush was replaced with Pure Kush. They did correct their mistakes and let me keep the Pure Kush for free. I planted 5 seeds...

The Amnesia seed never opened, but the other 4 are doing fine!
All in all the experience I had with this company was ok and would consider buy again from them.
I germinated these on the 27th of Oct.

I just made a purchase n will keep everyone up to date. I seen some strains in stock that no one else has in stock so I had to try, I know bad sign but still had to. So far they have anwsered my email and have been helpful and polite not saying that won't change but as of now. So let's see how this goes.

Well the one I really wanted was out of stock they did send an email to notify me so we'll see how this goes. Will give another update when I can.
