HBBum Ebb & Flow - F*cking Incredible R2

I got a little 2x4x5 tent for veg, but I seem to have a light leak.. bummer. Would not have been a big deal, but I tried to flip while they are in the smaller tent, since my flower tent didn't finish as soon as I had thought it may.

I probably should have taken the clones a couple weeks later. Either way, whatever I get from the second batch is pretty much just a bonus, since I wanted to see how Flood and Drain worked out.

Merry X-Mas to you all as well.

I am drying a small bud from the momma that got snapped while I was doing some maintenance. Will get an early sample, about 80% cloudy right now.

Found might light leak.. Power strip I used was one I couldn't use in the big tent since it has a light in the switch. When I put things together for the veg tent I figured it wouldn't matter.. I forgot about it when I decided to flower for a couple weeks while waiting for flower tent to finish.

Stupid mistake.. Oh well, its out of there now. It will be interesting to see the impact.

Harvested the flower tent, so spent a couple hours moving these girls into the taller tent with the 600W HPS. Also did some trimming to reduce the bush, hopefully this next batch won't be such a PITA to harvest.

I have not been doing a good job updating. Ended up with 7 3/4 zips from the original batch and the others have been growing like gang busters. The ebb and flow is WAYYYY easier to maintain than the RDWC since it is not constantly circulating and I do not need to wait for water to drain back to the res when I do a rez change. I have been a lot lighter on the feeding this time as well keeping it between 600 and 700 PPM and everything is staying super green.

Just over 7 weeks now into flowering (51 days) and I am really glad I kept the MH in for the first couple weeks, since they did not stretch nearly as much as the first run.

Looks awesome man. Good job. Ebb and flow is pretty easy for active hydro. :-) looks so frosty.

Its really frosty. I got a full zip of dry ice hash off the last batch, and it glistens like a crystal ball :)

I used some of it and made some bread and gummies.

That is sexy very sexy great job looks like you dusted it in sugar :D i seen you kept the metal halide in how many weeks just for the stretch .. then under the HPS ? thinking i might do that this time to keep the nodes tight

I left the 400MH in for the first 2 weeks. The first time I ran the strain I put the 600W HPS at the same time I flipped and they jumped from 8" to around 36" so I had serious height issues. This round they about doubled in height.

So frosty. Well done man. helluva strain eh? :-)
Thanks.

Not going to run it again though. It is super potent, but it has such a strong hash and earthy flavor you almost cannot take a rip without coughing a lung up. Also, the cut I have has a tendency to go herm so I get seeds which really irks me. I am looking forward to running a nice sweet sativa next :)

I did get a full OZ of dry ice hash from the last grow, which makes for some seriously wicked edibles.

Lights out for the last time this morning. Harvest tonight @ 65 days or some time this weekend depending on when I get a chance.
