"he got vortexed!"

we have a new phrase in the local lexicon here in amstercruz county. it basically means: motor impaired,severely inebriated, totally incapacitated, down for the count, dick in the dirt, absolutely messed up, plastervated, just straight tore up....it's called "gettin' vortexed"! a person in this condition could be rolled by a girlscout!-really! if you have to leave a person in this state; by all means:secure their valuables!
