I honestly, in any of my relationships, ones that have not progressed to full out sex and the ones that have, have never gotten head. Not once.

I think it enhances the feeling. So I'd imagine it would make getting head better. Maybe not smoke while getting head, but smoke then get some head! Just like smoking then eating, makes food taste 10x's better! I always smoke a bowl while I cook dinner! haha!
