what i don't get is we are allowed MMJ in all forms so unless they bust me while i am making it, how are they going to know where i got it from? i won't stop making the oil for my wife....that would be a mistake! the pharma took her away once and I won't let that happen again. I had her physically but all the drugs they gave her made her change. she's off them & I have the love of my life back!
I think the problem is hc thinks they can just write whatever they want and then it's LAW. It isn't and it holds no weight if you're a medical user in Canada. Hc thinks we're the puppets but the scoc cut those stings long time ago and just recently clarified what they meant the first time around. Don't be fooled by hc scare tactics. Make oil for whoever needs it.
That's part of my protocol. In there somewhere.

Jesus you people are amateurs. People make very high quality oils out of fan leaves, larf, etc. Peace naturals are a fucking joke, of course, but I get the impression most the 'activists' on this page have never even seen a cannabis plant
Every grower I know makes extracts from trim. The real issue is going to be how the lp's are allowed to make extracts. Solvent less is the only methods I can see hc allowing. Anyone ever tried extracts made using supercritical CO2 system? They are expensive as fuck to buy. I see some dispensarys offering co2 extracts but I doubt they were made using a pro supercritical setup.
