The number of new cancer cases in Canada is expected to rise about 40% in the next 15 years, according to a new report – Canadian Cancer Statistics 2015 – released today by the Canadian Cancer Society, in collaboration with the Public Health Agency of Canada and Statistics Canada. The Canadian Cancer Society is calling for a coordinated and comprehensive plan to address this serious challenge.
